Based in Blackpool and servicing businesses across the UK we’re national and we’re local and that’s the way we like it.
Our small but expanding staff team is the backbone of our business and we’re seeking to recruit an ambitious, reliable, and talented individual to join our family.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and upsell products and services to maximise revenue and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, marketing, and accounts, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to anticipate customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise account performance.
- Delivering business reviews, presentations and engaging with stakeholders across our customers businesses.
- First class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively or the desire to have them.
- Background in B2B telesales selling into all levels of an organisation, or the desire to learn.
- Great customer service aptitude
- Must be confident conversing with clients over the phone around product a business topic.
- Strong organisational ability and be able to use Microsoft packages.
- A credible professional mentality and be effective at engaging with senior business figures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates using our CRM system.
- Looking to grow their sales skills further and move their career forward
WHAT’S ON OFFER
- Full time, permanent contract.
- Basic Salary plus achievable bonus potential.
- On-Job Sales Training
- Weekly and Quarterly incentive’s, on top of your bonus
- Free parking
- Immediate start
